Sex therapy is a form of talk therapy focused on improving an individual or couple’s sexual concerns to achieve the sex life and intimacy they desire.

In a safe, confidential and supportive environment with a therapist, you will explore how your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, life circumstances, relationships and sexual socialization are influencing your sexual difficulties to gain insight into how to enact the meaningful change you are hoping for.

Sex therapy also assists in the exploration of the psychological and emotional needs that influence your sexual desires to gain a better understanding of what sexual fulfillment means to you.
